SUMMARY

 

Are you a seasoned product marketing leader with a passion for innovation and a track record of success in AI, data, and analytics? RealPage is seeking a Sr. Director of Product Marketing to create the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our Data & Analytics and Agentic AI solutions within the multifamily real estate industry. 

 

As a visionary leader, this player/coach role offers the opportunity to elevate how cutting-edge technologies transform the rental housing market, empowering communities to operate more efficiently and deliver better experiences. Reporting directly to the VP of Product and Solutions Marketing, this is a high-visibility position critical to both the company’s growth and industry leadership. 

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Go-to-Market Programs: Define, plan, and execute go-to-market strategies for integrated products in close partnership with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams. Ensure alignment across functions to drive successful product launches and achieve business objectives. 
  • Product Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling, succinct, and differentiated product messaging supported by measurable proof points. Articulate the unique value of RealPage solutions across all customer touchpoints. 
  • Content Development: Produce high-quality assets, including presentations, case studies, flyers, web content, battlecards, and competitive positioning briefs, to support marketing and sales efforts. 
  • Field Enablement: Design and deliver training materials and tools that provide Sales and Customer Success teams with critical insights into industry trends, buyer personas, challenges, solutions, value propositions, and competitive strategies. 
  • Marketing Strategy Collaboration: Partner with Demand Generation teams to craft targeted strategies for key accounts and market segments. Develop messaging, promotions, and campaigns to generate and nurture leads effectively. 
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activities and emerging market dynamics. Deliver comprehensive insights and strategic recommendations to enable the company to outpace competitors. 
  • Buyer’s Journey Analysis: Map the buyer’s decision-making process and develop detailed profiles of personas. Align marketing strategies and decision-support materials with customer behavior at each stage of the sales cycle. 
  • Product Strategy Support: Collaborate with Product Management to identify and prioritize product capabilities that address market needs. Conduct market research to understand trends, customer requirements, and industry standards, and convert insights into actionable recommendations. 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Required:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: 10+ years in product marketing or related roles, with demonstrated expertise in managing strategies for AI and data & analytics technologies. 
  • Deep Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, the data landscape, and their applications in solving real-world business challenges. 
  • Technical Experience: A background in B2B software product management, sales engineering, or software engineering is a plus, bringing added value to the role.  
  • Adaptable Leader: Success in both hands-on and high-level leadership roles, with the ability to mentor and inspire cross-functional teams.

  • Creative Storytelling: Skilled at crafting compelling narratives for complex products, simplifying intricate concepts into clear, engaging messages. 
  • Transparent & Timely Communication: Effectively and quickly communicate across teams to ensure alignment, keeping all stakeholders well-informed and engaged.
  • B2B Sales Process Expertise: Deep knowledge of B2B sales cycles with proven ability to support and equip sales teams for success. 
  • Project Management Excellence: Capable of managing detailed, multi-role projects with timely delivery and consistent communication, handling multiple work streams effectively. 
  • Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions, consistently driving outcomes and improving processes.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

Pay Range

USD $134,200.00 - USD $228,400.00 /Yr.
