Lead the software architecture for Asset Investment Management products.  Lead developers, assign tasks, and monitor software development activities.  Participate in complete DLC, peer review, code deployment, and product code deployments.  Work with engineering leaders to plan and deliver roadmap items for the IM Products.  Mentor technical team on RealPage development methodology and architecture across multiple geographical location.

Lead and mentor team members and make sure assigned technical jobs are done in a quality manner based on the final decided architecture. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Engineering field and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or as a Developer, Software Programmer, Technical Lead, or a related occupation.   

The position requires experience with the following skills: Ten (10) years of experience in C#, Visual Studio .Net, and SQL Server; Ten (10) years of experience performing code cutoff, reviewing pull request, creating control tickets, and leading product deployment release; Six (6) years of experience with .Net Core and Azure DevOps; Six (6) years of experience with Software Architecture, CI/CD, and Code Review.
