Overview

RealPage is seeking a Full Stack Lead Engineer to join our Unified Platform team, driving architecture, design, and development of scalable, supportable platform solutions. This role requires a versatile engineer with deep experience across the stack, capable of leading development efforts and mentoring teams while leveraging modern technologies and AI-powered development tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a hybrid (onshore/offshore) development team delivering business value through hands-on solution development and active participation in SAFe Agile processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—developers, designers, product owners—to build and maintain Unified Platform applications. 
  • Architect and develop scalable, modular components compatible across frameworks and browsers, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
  • Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor AI) to enhance productivity, code quality, and reduce development cycle time.
  • Partner with product owners to define features and user stories for complex development initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
  • Provide production support per SLA, including root cause analysis and resolution of complex issues.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to design patterns, coding standards, and architectural principles.
  • Maintain technical documentation including specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.
  • Champion DevOps practices, including automated deployment, infrastructure-as-code, and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Foster strong relationships across teams and departments, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for deliverables aligned with product vision.
  • Mentor team members, fostering growth and encouraging innovation.
  • Deliver high-quality applications with a focus on unit testing, integration testing, and close collaboration with QA engineers.
  • Pursues learning beyond current responsibilities
  • Mentor or grow other members in the team. Facilitate cooperation and motivate team members to accomplish group goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience building enterprise-grade web applications
  • 8+ years of experience with .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, Entity Framework Core, WebAPI, and SQL Server, PostgreSQL
  • 6+ years of experience in modern front-end development using Angular 19+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Strong experience with identity and authentication standards such as OIDC, OpenID Connect, or SAML (preferable experience with Duende Identity Server)
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes environments (AKS preferred).
  • Experience with event streaming platforms (preferably Apache Kafka).
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor AI) and integrating them into daily workflows.
  • Experience with observability frameworks such as .NET Aspire, Elastic APM, Kibana, and other monitoring/alerting tools.
  • Passion for building accessible, cross-browser compatible, and user-friendly UIs.
  • Proficiency in SAFe Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps toolsets.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, release pipelines, and continuous deployment strategies.
  • Proven ability to design and architect scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with a collaborative mindset.

Pay Range

USD $122,600.00 - USD $208,800.00 /Yr.
