- Education: College Degree, or High School Diploma with relevant experience required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of Project Management or consummate experience required
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 5% to visit projects and/or vendors.
- Vendor Management: Experience in sourcing and evaluating subcontractors for construction projects.
- Budget Management: Familiarity with budget oversight and cost control measures.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Required:
- Must have strong mathematical skills for product calculations, which are critical to the project
- Must work well in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required (verbal and written)
- Must Possess a positive “I Can” attitude
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain continuity with the rest of the PM department
- Strong organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail required.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment dealing with complex issues on an on-going basis required.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a group.
- Must be deadline driven, and goal oriented.
