This role requires systems‑administrator–level comfort, deep familiarity with OneSite, and the ability to confidently engage CFOs, Controllers, and Accounting leaders. The ideal candidate understands how accounting systems operate, how financial data flows through property management software, and how system configuration impacts financial accuracy, reporting, and controls.

The SC will support customers through full lifecycle implementations while partnering closely with internal teams during an active product beta phase.

  • Understand and clearly articulate how system configuration impacts:

  • Support accounting system transitions, upgrades, and portfolio changes

Customer Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Controllers, and Accounting leadership
  • Confidently speak both system and financial language
  • Tailor communication for executive, regional, and operational audiences
  • Track adoption and validate that financial and operational goals are being met
  • Partner with customers through go‑live, stabilization, and post‑implementation optimization

Internal Collaboration & Beta Participation

  • Partner with Engagement Management to support project planning and delivery
  • Collaborate closely with internal delivery, product, and accounting stakeholders
  • Actively participate in a product beta, providing feedback and adapting as the product evolves
  • Adjust discovery, positioning, and delivery approach based on real‑time beta learnings and candidate conversations

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working in a client‑facing implementation, consulting, or systems role
  • Hands‑on experience administering or managing accounting, financial, or ERP‑adjacent software

  • Comfort operating in evolving, fast‑moving, or beta‑stage environments
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with RealPage products, including OneSite is a plus
  • Background in Multifamily property management is a plus
  • Exposure to property accounting systems is a plus
