We’re looking for a highly skilled Desktop Support Technician III to join our IT team as a Tier 3 escalation resource supporting a hybrid Windows and macOS environment.
This is an on-site role responsible for delivering advanced endpoint support, white-glove executive service, and modern device management using Intune, Autopilot, Mosyle, and Apple Business Manager.
