Overview

SUMMARY

 

The Director of Financial Suite Consulting is a senior leader responsible for both people leadership and functional ownership of RealPage Financial Suite implementations. This role oversees a high-performing team of seasoned consultants who deliver Subject Matter Expert (SME) insight to customers while serving as the primary Implementations representative and functional voice for Financial Suite products across the organization.

 

In addition to building and leading a results-driven consulting organization, the Director represents Implementations in cross-functional forums, including Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), product alignment sessions, and executive stakeholder discussions with General Managers, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. This role ensures that implementation strategies, customer outcomes, and product direction are aligned with broader business goals.

 

The Director is accountable for implementation excellence, operational rigor, and customer success across Financial Suite products, ensuring scalable delivery, strong adoption outcomes, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Serve as the functional owner for Financial Suite implementations, representing the Implementations organization in cross-functional alignment with Product, GMs, Sales, Customer Success, and other Delivery leaders
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior consultants, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric delivery
  • Define and execute long-term strategies for scaling consulting capacity and expertise to support current and future Financial Suite growth
  • Establish and govern implementation standards, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and predictability across Financial Suite products
  • Partner with Product and GM leadership to influence roadmap decisions based on implementation insights, customer feedback, and operational realities
  •  Provide executive-level oversight for complex or strategic customer implementations, ensuring risks are identified early and mitigated effectively
  • Own accountability for implementation performance, including productivity, backlog health, on-time delivery, and customer outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, reduce friction, and improve time-to-value across Financial Suite implementations
  •  Represent Financial Suite Consulting in Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and other executive forums, delivering clear, actionable insights on performance, trends, and risks
  • Lead escalation management and executive communication for implementation issues that may impact customer experience, revenue realization, or strategic initiatives

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Required:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including:
    • 4+ years leading high-performing, customer-facing teams
    • 5+ years in enterprise software implementations, consulting, or professional services
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with senior leaders (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Operations)
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and work outside normal business hours as needed

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

 

Required:

 

  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day delivery excellence
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands
  • Expert-level knowledge of one or more RealPage Financial Suite solutions
  • Deep understanding of multi-family financial operations, revenue impact, data dependencies, and implementation lifecycle
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence without authority and navigate organizational complexity
  • Experience leveraging data and metrics to drive decision-making, performance improvement, and executive reporting
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify risk, drive resolution, and communicate clearly at all levels
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience delivering executive presentations and representing organizations in WBRs and senior leadership forums

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

Pay Range

USD $121,000.00 - USD $206,000.00 /Yr.
