SUMMARY
The Engagement Manager II (EMII) is a project manager who is responsible for leading complex, multi-product SaaS deployments across Enterprise, Corporate, and SMB accounts. Building upon the foundational responsibilities of the Engagement Manager I (EMI), the EMII plays a critical role in driving cross-functional alignment, strategic planning, and executive-level engagement to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client value realization.
As a trusted advisor, the EMII guides clients through change management, platform adoption, and business transformation. This role requires advanced project leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of RealPage solutions and the multifamily industry.
