Overview

The Sales Enablement Specialist II is a contributor to all areas of Enablement. This position works on projects that impact Enablement within the department. This position will also have a hand in tracking success metrics for these projects and using data to help make future changes/decisions. 

Responsibilities

  • Key player in introducing new Sales Enablement projects and initiatives to the broader Sales Team.
  • Work with Senior Enablement Leadership to create and build onboarding and continuing education content.
  • Review content on an ongoing basis to ensure it is relevant.
  • Help design, build, and update RFP templates, assist with review and finalization as needed.
  • Cross-train and assist with day-to-day management of the Enablement Tech Stack, as necessary.
  • Performance data management and tracking New Hire 1X1 Salesforce training.
  • Monitor SalesHelp Mailbox.
  • Other projects as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • 2 years relevant experience or an associate degree and 1-year relevant experience Sales and Multifamily Industry Experience.
  • Basic Tech Stack Knowledge, CRM, LMS, CMS Experience in Training design.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Basic Salesforce knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of tech stack and assist with RFP's.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under deadline pressure.
  • Good presentation skills, comfortable when speaking in public and to executives at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Ability to travel as required by project.
  • Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

    • May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

Pay Range

USD $56,100.00 - USD $95,500.00 /Yr.
