Overview

The HR Employee Experience & Engagement Partner is an enterprise-level strategist and trusted advisor responsible for shaping and delivering RealPage’s employee experience and engagement agenda across in-office, hybrid, and remote environments. This role operates with significant autonomy and visibility, partnering with HR leaders, HR Business Partners, ERG leaders, Internal Communications, and business executives to develop programs that strengthen connection, belonging, manager effectiveness, and culture.

 

The role is accountable for executive-ready insights, measurable outcomes, and sustained adoption of experience programs at scale. As a senior individual contributor, this leader influences outcomes through expertise, executive presence, data, and strong stakeholder partnerships; the role does not have direct reports.

Responsibilities

  • Set the enterprise employee experience strategy and roadmap, aligning programs to business priorities, workforce needs, and culture objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to HR leadership and HRBPs on engagement drivers, culture risks, and employee experience interventions.
  • Present to executive and senior leader audiences, translating insights into compelling narratives and decisions.
  • Own the design and execution of in-office events, ensuring end-to-end readiness, space and technology coordination, and employee experience quality.
  • Design and deliver connection programs to strengthen inclusion and belonging for the distributed workforce.
  • Activate culture, belonging, recognition, and development programming with Talent & Inclusion and ERGs.
  • Facilitate high-impact leader sessions, workshops, and focus groups with strong instructional design.
  • Own messaging strategy for enterprise events, and hybrid expectations.
  • Define and track KPIs and experience measures; establish monthly dashboards and executive-ready readouts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced certifications a plus.
  • 7+ years progressive HR/EX/OD/HRBP experience.
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and presenting to executive audiences.
  • Strong data fluency, program leadership, and facilitation capability. #LI-JH1

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

Pay Range

USD $85,200.00 - USD $145,200.00 /Yr.
