The Implementation Analyst is responsible for working with internal customers. This includes analyzing requirements to successfully complete the implementation.

• Perform system setup and configuration for new properties
• Create and Map units for Integration/API set up
• Create first time resident accounts
• Create expected bills from provider account list or bill images
• Set up property Ledger Codes and map resident default Ledger Codes
• Notify management of any complications, missing data, or system defects that might delay the implementation
• Identify and assist development with resolution and enhancements to workflow, scripts, or system defects
• Perform testing on new workflow, scripts, or solutions prior to implementation
• Provide project coordination as required for more complicated account setups to ensure successful completion
• Resolve complaints and answer questions from both internal and external customers

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No experience required

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, or financial related field
• 1+ years working in software implementations
• Familiarity with RealPage products, Sharepoint, and Salesforce.com
• Previous property management experience

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment
• Must be able to effectively communicate with external customers and internal business partners
• A results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
