The Senior Project Manager, IT Mergers and Acquisitions, is accountable for IT due diligence, Day‑1 readiness, and post‑close integration across acquisitions. This role orchestrates cross‑functional technology assessments, plans, and cutovers; owns risk, security, and compliance alignment; and ensures the acquired company’s technology environment is efficiently integrated with our enterprise standards, tooling, and operating model. The role partners closely with the Integration Management Office (IMO), Finance, InfoSec, Cloud/NOC, and IT PMO to deliver business value, continuity of operations, and cost/talent synergies.
