Overview

The Industry Content Marketing Manager ensures RealPage shows up to the multifamily industry with clear, consistent, and credible thought leadership. This role connects Demand Generation priorities, product narratives, and corporate messaging into industry-facing content programs that reinforce customer business challenges and priority topics such as Agentic AI. 

 

RealPage is looking for a strategic, hands-on marketer to own and evolve our most visible industry-facing programs across thought leadership, speaking, industry engagement, and event storytelling. While Demand Generation owns product- and persona-based campaign strategy and performance, and Communications leads corporate messaging and earned media, this role brings those strategies to life through scalable, industry-relevant content programs and executive visibility. 

 

Serving as a connective layer between Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Communications, and Events, this role ensures RealPage’s external presence is cohesive, intentional, and aligned to business priorities, while continuously raising the quality and consistency of our industry content. 

 

This is a highly collaborative role for a strategic content leader who can connect narrative to execution and operate comfortably across teams. 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do 

Own Industry-Facing Content Programs 

  • Lead and execute RealPage’s industry content programs, including thought leadership series, market intelligence webcasts, executive roundtables, research-led initiatives, and speaking engagements. 

  • Own program strategy and supporting content creation, establishing clear themes, structure, and editorial direction to ensure programs are cohesive, repeatable, and scalable. 

  • Translate Demand Generation priorities into industry-facing programs grounded in customer business challenges, supporting data, and solution benefits. 

Extend and Support Demand Generation Strategy 

  • Partner closely with Demand Generation to understand campaign goals, product focus, target audiences, and timing. 

  • Design content programs and narratives that extend campaign impact beyond individual channels through speaking, events, and executive-led moments. 

  • Ensure industry programs reinforce Demand Generation strategy without duplicating campaign execution or owning campaign-led asset creation. 

Partner with Communications and PR 

  • Collaborate with Communications to align industry programs with corporate messaging and brand positioning. 

  • Coordinate timing and messaging so owned programs, events, and earned media reinforce one another, while Communications retains ownership of media strategy and press relationships. 

Manage the Speaker and Speaking Program 

  • Own the end-to-end speaker program for industry conferences and events. 

  • Manage call-for-speakers submissions, abstracts, speaker bios, and presentation development. 

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Communications to ensure narrative quality and message discipline, while Product Marketing retains ownership of product messaging and demos. 

Shape Event Storytelling 

  • Partner with Events and Product Marketing to shape cohesive event storytelling and booth narratives that connect campaign themes, industry perspectives, and product value. 

  • Support pre- and post-event content that extends the value of event participation and reinforces key narratives. 

Champion Content Quality, Voice, and Consistency 

  • Own voice, tone, and quality standards across industry-facing content programs. 

  • Create and review assets to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the RealPage brand. 

  • Develop editorial themes and narrative frameworks that support consistent storytelling while introducing new ideas and formats. 

  • Help integrate priority industry perspectives, such as Agentic AI, into thought leadership, speaking sessions, and event narratives in a credible and business-aligned way.

  • Content quality, clarity, and consistency improve across marketing efforts. 

  • Cross-functional partners experience clear ownership, strong collaboration, and elevated output. 

 

Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, industry marketing, thought leadership, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology. 

    • Proven experience owning industry-facing content programs end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and supporting asset creation. 

    • Strong writing and editorial instincts, with the ability to elevate quality without becoming a bottleneck. 

    • Experience partnering closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Communications/PR, and Events. 

    • Comfortable operating in a strategic, cross-functional role that requires influence and judgment. 

    • Multifamily, real estate, or PropTech experience is a plus.  #LI-REMOTE #LI-JL1

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

Pay Range

USD $105,800.00 - USD $180,200.00 /Yr.
