The Platform Product Manager, AI will define product strategy and business requirements for AI-enabled solutions, ensuring deep alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. This role requires exceptional ability to engage with customers, synthesize business requirements, and translate market insights into strategic product direction. A strong understanding of AI technologies, multifamily operations, and strategic product planning is essential.
Lead strategic customer engagement initiatives including discovery sessions, pilots, and beta programs to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive adoption at scale
Serve as the primary customer advocate and liaison, synthesizing feedback and translating customer needs into clear business requirements and product strategy
Define and articulate the strategic value proposition of AI capabilities, demonstrating how RealPage's technical solutions deliver measurable customer value and business ROI
Strong communicator: craft compelling strategic narratives and business cases for internal teams (product, engineering, leadership) and external stakeholders (customers, partners)
Drive cross-functional alignment by influencing product direction, strategic priorities, and business planning through customer insights and market intelligence
Maintain deep awareness of competitive market dynamics in the property management space; leverage insights to inform strategic positioning and identify product opportunities
8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, business analysis, or customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS
Proven experience defining strategy and gathering requirements for AI or complex technology products
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
Strong understanding of AI/ML capabilities and their business applications
Demonstrated success in customer engagement and translating business needs into product requirements

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with both technical and business audiences
Strong strategic thinking combined with analytical rigor and business acumen
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership without direct authority
Experience conducting customer research, requirements gathering, and synthesizing insights
Skilled at developing business cases, strategy documents, and requirements documentation
Comfortable with travel for client meetings, discovery sessions, and industry events
