Overview

The Sr Director of Finance - Lending will serve as the primary liaison between RealPage’s finance department and Proteus management (This position will not cover the accounting and financial reporting requirements).  Proteus is RealPage’s wholly owned consumer lending business. The Sr. Director of Finance - Lending will bring thought leadership and execution support to critical finance functions at Proteus including, management reporting, forecasting, compliance with regulations, and managing banking relationships and investment. They lead the finance team, manage risk, treasury reporting and compliance, and provide insights to support executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Management Reporting: Responsible for preparation of monthly management and board reporting which include working with accounting to review GAAP financial results used to convert into management reporting, budget to actual analyses and dashboarding of key performance and risk indicators.  Lead development of budget and long-range forecasts in coordination with Proteus management.
  • Treasury Operations: Support decision-making around funds flow design, daily liquidity requirements and reporting / reconciliation of daily money movement.  Liaise with corporate treasury around commercial banking relationships.
  • Corporate Finance: Work with Proteus management team and advisors to minimize cost of financing as it relates to current and future loan origination, revolving warehouse and/or whole loan forward flow agreements.  Ensure compliance with third party agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, treasury, and capital markets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in consumer lending industry and related capital markets functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Change management and process improvement experience.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

Pay Range

USD $134,200.00 - USD $228,400.00 /Yr.
