We are looking for a Director Project Management – Enterprise Information Systems.

• Manage highly technical, complex IT projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Responsible to document requirements, create and manage KPIs and key outcomes for large technical initiatives.
• Report time on task metrics across all projects in support of project capitalization.
• Collect requirements and ensure project plans are well defined, clearly documented, and agreed to by all relevant stakeholders.
• Assure engineering documentation is well kept and up to date.
• Maintain understanding of systems and architecture to be able to accurately describe system requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist with technical discussions, decisions, and knowledge transfer to new project team members.

• The position requires a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study and ten (10) years of experience as a Principal Enterprise Configuration SP, Business Analyst, or a related occupation.
• The position requires ten (10) years of experience managing complex technical projects.
• The position requires experience with the following: experience developing and documenting technical requirements and documentation artifacts such as stories, roadmaps; standards or best practices; experience with Enterprise Systems covering business processes from Quote to Cash, Record to Report and Revenue Management, CRM; experience in SaaS environment; and ALM tooling knowledge in Jira and confluence.
