Overview

SUMMARY

 

The Senior Director of Marketing Analytics & Insights leads and refines our marketing reporting and analytics function in a complex B2B SaaS environment.  This role is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of our Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams, ensuring strategies effectively contribute to pipeline growth.  This position will oversee lead routing and follow-up reporting to ensure accurate tracking of marketing’s impact on the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Provide and present crucial reporting for the C-Suite team. 
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships across departments. 
  • Leverage experience from a SaaS company that has multiple products to manage our complex product offerings and specific sales targets. 
  • Manage and grow a high-performing team of managers, analysts and a paid media manager, fostering alignment across marketing and sales operations 
  • Own all analytics, attribution, and performance reporting for Demand Generation and Field Marketing, while supporting broader Marketing and company-wide reporting needs 
  • Refine multi-touch attribution models and lead routing/reporting to improve visibility into buyer journeys and marketing impact 
  • Partner with Sales Operations to maintain a unified view of the lead lifecycle and shared KPIs  
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and strategy  
  • Present performance insights to executive stakeholders to inform planning and decision-making  
  • Oversee paid media reporting and execution, ensuring visibility, efficiency, and continuous optimization  
  • Leverage tools (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, HockeyStack, Power BI, Google Analytics) to enable real-time, scalable reporting  
  • Uphold data integrity and streamline processes through automation, governance, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, and operations in a B2B SaaS environment 
  • Proven success managing complex attribution for multi-product, cross-sell-heavy go-to-market motions 
  • Deep expertise in multi-touch attribution, pipeline forecasting, and demand generation tracking 
  • Experience addressing attribution challenges where product-level engagement isn’t clear until SQL stage 
  • Strong ability to present performance insights to executive teams and inform business strategy 
  • Demonstrated partnership with Sales and Sales Operations to align reporting across the buyer journey
  • Advanced knowledge of tools including HockeyStack, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Power BI, and marketing automation platforms like Marketo or Pardot 
  • Hands-on experience managing and interpreting paid media performance across digital channels 
  • Proven success automating and scaling reporting infrastructure for real-time insights 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly and strategically 
  • Familiarity with the multifamily industry is a bonus but not required

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

Pay Range

USD $134,200.00 - USD $181,300.00 /Yr.
