Overview

The Vice President of RealPage Exchange reports to the SVP, GM of our Property and Renter Management. This role will partner across every function in the company to ensure successful execution of the company’s business strategy for RealPage’s Integration Marketplace. This role will participate in the strategy development, help develop revenue and growth targets and deliver APIs that provide high efficiency, customer centricity, and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional, global teams to achieve material organic revenue growth and margin expansion within the product
  • Drive roadmap prioritization for multi-million-dollar annual technology budget aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and business results/goals
  • Establish/maintain production and profit strategies across the product
  • Develop new or potential products, including vetting of new opportunities
  • Collaborate and drive strong business plan execution across the matrixed RealPage organization
  • Develop and grow relationships with key customers and third party partners
  • Be the thought leader in the industry on your product, drive big deals and ensure successful customer outcomes

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY 

  • This role will work directly with senior leaders, global stakeholders, and customers
  • This role will interface and coordinate with RealPage internal partners and outside vendors
  • Directly lead teams including Directors, Product Managers and Business Analysts
  • Lead global cross-functional matrixed teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Delivery
  • Overall responsibility for multiple Business P&L’s with a revenue responsibility of $25M

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in building strategic plans and developing teams to support execution in large organizations, preferably in a complex SaaS company
  • Executive presence and ability to build credibility with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Private and public company experience preferred in companies with track record of high growth
  • and successful business transformation experience
  • Experience in multi-family with a plus
  • Proven capability to influence and drive cross-functional teams to successful execution of plans; ensures accountability, motivates people, and maximizes impact/results
  • Can build vision, develop strategic plans, set direction, and accelerate change needed to impact results
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; strong verbal and written communication as well as conflict management skills
  • Exceptional skills presenting at executive and industry analyst briefings, sales kickoffs, and customer meetings
  • Strong organization, project lifecycle and planning skills
  • Adept at translating market research and analysis into action plans
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and cognitive abilities with technical and clinical acumen to identify opportunities and solve market/customer challenges
  • Understanding and proficiency in developing product & technology roadmaps, marketing plans, strategic plans, business case development
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

Pay Range

USD $170,300.00 - USD $309,300.00 /Yr.
