We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and ongoing maintenance of our mobile application. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end mobile app product development, with a focus on user-centric design, technical excellence, and business impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics, to deliver a best-in-class mobile experience.

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear product roadmap for the mobile app, aligning with company goals and user needs.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, UX/UI design, and QA teams across RealPage Resident Solutions to ensure seamless execution of the product development lifecycle. This will involve key integrations with our Leasing, Payments, Moving, and insurance teams.
• User-Centric Focus: Leverage user research, market analysis, and data insights to drive feature prioritization and enhance user experience.
• Agile Management: Lead agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the mobile app and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure the app remains competitive.

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on mobile app development (iOS and/or Android).
  • Proven success in launching and scaling consumer-facing mobile applications.
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, including APIs, SDKs, and app store guidelines.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar for product management and collaboration.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with mobile app monetization strategies (e.g., in-app purchases, subscriptions).
  • Background in UX/UI design principles or user research.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures or mobile backend services.
